ESOP \u5408\u9069\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u6642\u6a5f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u65b0\u5275\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u6700\u521d\u8a2d\u7acb\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u898f\u6a21\u8f03\u5c0f\u4e14\u4ee5\u6838\u5fc3\u5718\u968a\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u9019\u6642\u61c9\u5c07\u91cd\u5fc3\u653e\u5728\u696d\u52d9\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u5e02\u5834\u958b\u62d3\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5be6\u52d9\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u6700\u4f73\u7684ESOP\u5be6\u65bd\u6642\u6a5f\u662f\u5728\u516c\u53f8\u958b\u59cb\u9032\u884c\u52df\u8cc7\u968e\u6bb5\u3002\u6b64\u6642\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u5efa\u7acb\u57fa\u672c\u71df\u904b\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e5f\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u8a55\u4f30\u80a1\u6b0a\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u8a2d\u8a08\u5408\u7406\u7684\u8a8d\u80a1\u689d\u4ef6\u3002\u5728\u52df\u8cc7\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u5728\u80a1\u6b0a\u7d50\u69cb\u8868(Cap Table)\u4e0a\u9810\u755910%\u81f315%\u7684ESOP\u984d\u5ea6\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u672a\u4f86\u512a\u79c0\u4eba\u624d\u8a8d\u8cfc\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u7d81\u5b9a\u5728\u8077\u671f\u9593\u53ca\u696d\u7e3e\u689d\u4ef6\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u505a\u6cd5\u9664\u4e86\u5411\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\u5c55\u793a\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u6fc0\u52f5\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u78ba\u4fdd\u672a\u4f86\u57f7\u884c\u54e1\u5de5\u9078\u64c7\u6b0a\uff08ESOP\uff09\u6642\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\u7a7a\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESOP\u5408\u9069\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u60c5\u5883<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
